To ensure all students have access to preferred time slots, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed at the full rate. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a consistent schedule for our tutors and students.
